The LAL @ ArtsPlace gallery partnership between LexArts and the Lexington Art League (LAL) will highlight visual art outcomes produced through programs conducted by local and regional not-for-profit agencies, LexArts, and LAL, as well as providing curatorial opportunities to local artists, based on the theme of community/community building. Artwork featured in the LAL @ ArtsPlace gallery will be produced predominately by local artists and residents of central Kentucky. In addition, the LAL @ ArtsPlace gallery partnership will provide a hands-on training and learning opportunity for interns working with LexArts and LAL in the specific area of exhibit preparation and production
